At Loft SA, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns and exchange guidelines carefully:
1. Loft SA Virgin Hair (Wigs & Hair Tools)
- All hair products are inspected for quality before dispatch. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used wigs and hair products.
- Exchanges are accepted only for faulty or damaged items, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- No refunds will be issued on hair products. Only exchanges or credit notes will be offered once the item is inspected and approved.
2. Loft Lux Collection (Shoes & Clothing)
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box. Clothing must have all tags intact.
- Faulty items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
General Notes:
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of promotions may have different return conditions; please check product details.
